1. The service provider and date controller of this website is Cove Coolout Restaurant and Bar Limited (referred to herein as “The Cove”) situated at 3 Winchester Rd, Kingston 10, Jamaica.

a. The Cove collects your personal information solely for the purpose of completing & filling your order. With your consent, we may from time to time send advertisements to you for marketing purposes or contact you to verify the quality of service provided.
b. When you use this website and its features, The Cove will respect your right to privacy. However, we understand that the internet is not a secure medium and therefore we have implemented security measures to, where possible, protect the loss, misuse or alteration of personal information provided to us.
c. All personal information gathered as a result of your use of this website will be treated as confidential and processed in accordance with applicable Jamaican laws.
d. It is your obligation, and yours alone, to ensure the information you provide is accurate and to update it as necessary.

a. The Cove does not store any credit card information you may supply and all transactions are handled in a secure environment through a third party service provider.
b. We keep in place appropriate security measures to protect your Personal Information from unlawful or unauthorized processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage.
c. However please note that, in relation to any Personal Information you submit to us online, we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us in this way. Transmission of data over the internet is at your own risk. You are responsible for keeping any passwords you use to access The Cove’s platforms safe.
9. Disclosure of your Personal Information
a. Our servers are located in Virginia USA & Michigan USA.
b. We may share your Personal Information with employees or agents with a need to know to fulfil and complete your order, to whoever shall require said information under the Law or in relation to a criminal investigation (please see The Cove’s Terms & Conditions Policy), as a result of a merger or acquisition to the other entity involved, or with a vendor or with other third parties for the purpose of processing and completing your order. This vendor or other third party may be located in another country outside of Jamaica.
c. In such cases, we will only share your Personal Information if
i. that country ensures a level of data protection for your Personal Information that is adequately similar to Jamaican law;
ii. we have put in place appropriate safeguards to protect your Personal Information, such as a contract with the person or entity receiving your Personal Information;
